Daryl & Teresa's Wedding! Yeh No Rain!

Teresa's aunt & uncle came out from Nova Scotia.

Wake up: 5:30 a.m. (thanks dad) Arrive at Crescent Beach to help get ready: 8:30 a.m. Wedding starts 10:50 a.m. (scheduled for 10:00 so we were praying for no rain and the tide to not come in til after !)

Bill is either going back to his Scottish roots (tossing the caber) or preparing for a wedding on the beach!? Dig the sui
t with the shorts and flip flops!

Welcome back from Africa Ang!

The guests arrive with their chairs & umbrellas!

My Dad came down from Princeton and this was Vu's first time at a Canadian wedding!

It would be a nice pic of the 2 of us except for Keeley spoiling it (ha ha).

Here's Pastor Cam & Daryl having a laugh before the ceremony.
I think we were
talking about Teresa's humorous past experiences with driving directions (the girls missed the turn off - oops!).

The moment finally arrived and Daryl & Teresa were married today. It was a wonderful day and God held off the rain which was fantastic!

They looked very gorgeous and happy and it was a very beautiful and touching ceremony.

It was an amazing setting and we really felt God's blessing and presence.
Pastor Cam talked about how the "hoopa" (the white lacey thing above the couple) signified the presence of the Holy Spirit as God unites the 2 into one flesh. It was a great picture of the covenant relationship, the vow made before God to each other.
